I don’t believe in diets but in making better food choices. There is no “good” or “bad” food. Rather, you should talk about beneficial or less beneficial, but this depends on the goal. Within my coaching : You are not restricted to counting calories.You don’t have to eat the same thing everyday.There is enough room to keep eating your favorite food products.Is the nutrition plan tailored to you and not the other way around. The most important thing about a good nutrition plan is that you can stick to it and like it. If you don’t like it, you will never stick to it for long.
Yes, that is precisely where the strength of the programme lies. Everybody is unique, what works for one person may not work for another.
That’s why it doesn’t work to grab cookie-cutter plans off the internet. These do not take into account your current level or adjust on the progress you are making.
During the check-ins, we look at how you are doing and how you are progressing. If necessary, we adjust your diet or training in order for you to keep making progress.
This All Depends on Your Current Lifestyle and How Much Time You Can Commit Per Week.
Whether you will see results quickly depends on your goal. Fat loss is visible faster than gaining muscle mass. The amount of training per week also plays a part. You can get great results from as little as 3 times a week.
After the call, you will receive an intakeform from me in which you can indicate your food preferences and whether you are allergic to certain products. If there is something in your nutrition you don’t like, that’s no problem. Just let me know and I will adjust it for you.
